The lift issues were concerning!!! Imagine being trapped, especially for older guests!!! The outdated furnishings definitely scream for an update!!! There were complaints of missing basic kitchen supplies, which is just inconvenient!!!

Great location with useful amenities
Our stay lasted for 11 nights, and the location was a huge plus for getting around Brussels, located at a major transportation hub. the air conditioning was a blessing during the hotter days, and I appreciated the filtered water dispenser in the lobby for refills. the overall cleanliness and condition of the room left room for improvement, as some maintenance issues were noticeable during our stay.
